Matthew Holibaugh is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and a Financial Advisor at Infinite Investment Strategies. With over 17 years of expertise in wealth and asset management, Matthew is dedicated to serving as a trusted, lifelong financial advisor to his clients.

Matthew’s extensive background includes a notable tenure at Fidelity Investments, where he worked as a Portfolo Specialist, in addition to other roles. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of market dynamics and investment strategies, enabling him to offer insightful guidance tailored to individual financial goals.

At Infinite Investment Strategies, Matthew provides a wide array of services, including wealth management, income strategies, protection strategies, investment planning, retirement solutions, and tax-minimization strategies. His comprehensive approach to investment management and financial planning ensures that clients receive personalized advice designed to optimize their financial health throughout all stages of life.

Matthew’s qualifications are bolstered by his CFP® designation, as well as his Series 7 (General Securities), 63 (Securities State Law), and 66 (Investment Advisor) registrations. Additionally, he holds the State of Florida 2-15 license for Life, Health, and Variable Annuity products and the 20-44 license for property and casualty insurance. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Business Management from the University of North Florida, providing him with a solid foundation in financial principles and management. 

Beyond his professional expertise, Matthew has been a valued member of the Saint Augustine community for the past 20 years. Originally from New Jersey, he and his wife, Melanie, have made their home in the World Golf Village area of Saint Augustine, where they enjoy family life with their two sons, Christian and Austin. Matthew is committed to enhancing the financial well-being of his clients and their families.

Tiffany Marie Carrion

Founding Partner • Financial Advisor

Tiffany Marie Carrion is a dynamic and forward-thinking Financial Advisor and Founding Partner at Infinite Investment Strategies working directly with clients in advisory and brokerage accounts and utilizing fee-based and commission-based products where appropriate to help her clients achieve their financial goals. Tiffany works tirelessly to educate her community on the benefits of working with an advisor to grow, preserve, and give through unique strategies customized to meet their specific needs.

Tiffany’s career began at the University of Central Florida, where she graduated in 2008. Soon after, she joined Hello Florida, the state’s leading Destination Management Company, where she honed her skills in vendor relations and financial planning. These experiences cultivated her ability to identify opportunities, manage budgets, and maximize ROI—skills that continue to shape her client-focused strategies today.

In 2010, Tiffany took on the role of General Manager at Metropolis Productions, collaborating with top-tier venues and entertainers across the U.S. to deliver world-class productions. Here, she deepened her expertise in managing complex budgets and negotiations, a foundation that still benefits her clients in financial planning and investment strategies.

By 2017, Tiffany transitioned into the food and beverage industry as Catering Sales Director for 4 Rivers, overseeing teams in Florida and Atlanta, GA. Her work provided her with valuable insights into market trends and consumer behavior, enhancing her ability to evaluate client needs and tailor solutions effectively.

Most recently, in 2023, Tiffany was recruited as Director of Sales at Ameri-Force, where she was instrumental in building standardized systems and driving business-to-business growth

Today, as a Financial Advisor, Tiffany combines her diverse professional background with a passion for service and innovation. Her ability to build meaningful relationships and deliver personalized guidance empowers clients to achieve their financial goals with confidence.

Residing in historic Uptown St. Augustine with her husband, Carlos, and their youngest son, Christian, Tiffany is also a devoted mother to her eldest son, Carlitos, who now lives independently in Orlando, FL.
