Matthew Holibaugh is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Financial Advisor at Infinite Investment Strategies. With over 17 years of expertise in wealth and asset management, Matthew is dedicated to serving as a trusted, lifelong financial advisor to his clients.

Matthew’s extensive background includes a notable tenure at Fidelity Investments, where he worked as a Portfolo Specialist, in addition to other roles. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of market dynamics and investment strategies, enabling him to offer insightful guidance tailored to individual financial goals.

At Infinite Investment Strategies, Matthew provides a wide array of services, including wealth management, income strategies, protection strategies, investment planning, retirement solutions, and tax-minimization strategies. His comprehensive approach to investment management and financial planning ensures that clients receive personalized advice designed to optimize their financial health throughout all stages of life.

Matthew’s qualifications are bolstered by his CFP® designation, as well as his Series 7 (General Securities), 63 (Securities State Law), and 66 (Investment Advisor) registrations. Additionally, he holds the State of Florida 2-15 license for Life, Health, and Variable Annuity products and the 20-44 license for property and casualty insurance. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Business Management from the University of North Florida, providing him with a solid foundation in financial principles and management. 

Beyond his professional expertise, Matthew has been a valued member of the Saint Augustine community for the past 20 years. Originally from New Jersey, he and his wife, Melanie, have made their home in the World Golf Village area of Saint Augustine, where they enjoy family life with their two sons, Christian and Austin. Matthew is committed to enhancing the financial well-being of his clients and their families.

Tiffany Marie Carrion

Founding Partner • Business Development & Marketing Advisor

Tiffany Marie Carrion is a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Development and Marketing Advisor at Infinite Investment Strategies. With a background in business development across various industries, Tiffany specializes in creating tailored strategies that drive growth and build long-lasting client relationships.

Her career began at the University of Central Florida, where she graduated in 2008. Soon after, Tiffany joined Hello Florida, the state’s leading Destination Management company, where she honed her skills in vendor relations and financial planning. These experiences cultivated her ability to identify opportunities, manage budgets, and maximize ROI, skills that are critical to her current role in business development.

In 2010, Tiffany took on the role of General Manager at Metropolis Productions, collaborating with top-tier venues and entertainers across the U.S. Here, she deepened her expertise in managing complex budgets, a skill set that continues to serve her clients well. By 2017, Tiffany transitioned to the food and beverage industry, serving as the Catering Sales Director for 4 Rivers. Managing teams across Florida and Atlanta, GA, she gained invaluable insights into market trends and consumer behavior, which now inform her business strategies at Infinite Investment Strategies.

Most recently, in 2023, Tiffany was recruited as Director of Sales at Ameri-Force, where she played a key role in developing standardized functions and sales strategies, with a focus on business-to-business growth.

Tiffany’s passion for service, innovative strategies, and ability to build connections with industry leaders sets her apart. She is committed to helping clients achieve their financial and business development goals through a personalized, strategic approach.

Residing in historic Uptown St. Augustine with her husband Carlos and their youngest son, Christian, Tiffany is also a devoted mother to her eldest son, Carlitos, who now lives independently in Orlando, FL.
